As the snow is flying outside (you are missing it, snowbird friends!), this is a good time to tell you about all the new happenings in the EPPA world.  Get ready because there is a LOT going on.

Tune into PICKLED on CBS at 9:00 pm, tonight (Thursday Nov. 17). Eight celebrity teams compete in the new two-hour sports comedy special. Emmy Award-winner Stephen Colbert of THE LATE SHOW hosts this cutthroat pickleball competition and features eight teams of celebrities vying for bragging rights and to benefit Comic Relief.

What makes this even cooler is the EPPA member and "Coach to the Stars", Matt Manasse will be featured prepping these celebs for the big tournament.  Matt is very supportive of the Erie pickleball scene- always willing to offer clinics and jump into pickleball games when he is in town.  For more on his story AND to hear an EPPA shout-out, watch this segment on Erie News Now: Erie Native Training Hollywood Stars.
