There are three Urban University Pickleball Family Workshops at Church of the Cross, 5901 Millfair Road scheduled for:

Urban University students who have already taken our pickleball courses would take on teaching their families, but it would be nice to have a few of the intermediate or advanced players that enjoy teaching and engaging with families be on hand to encourage and support our students. They probably have not had the chance to play since the last time they had class. May also include coaching some games or playing with groups to walk and talk them through rules, fundamentals and strategies. 

Pickleball Course will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning April 25-May 17 from 3:45PM-6:30PM at Church of the Cross. This will be teaching students the fundamentals of pickleball.

Looking for mentors that are able to commit to the full schedule because we ask our students to make this same commitment, we model what we expect of them and it demonstrates to them that we do as we say.  PA State Clearances as well as an interview with RoseMarie are all prerequisites for mentoring.
