I've said previously that our website is more than a site, it is a member portal where you can register for events, shootouts, renew your membership, and get the latest pickleball news.
If you wonder why you have to sign in to your account- it's because we offer information to our members that the general public can't access. That is why a membership to EPPA is better than NOT being an EPPA member.
Our site just leveled up in a HUGE way. Remember when we had 50 members and we all knew each other? Those times have changed!
A question that we get often is: How can I find other players to play with?We took this question to Royal Pickleball and worked out a great way to connect with other on the courts!
The steps below are pictures from a computer. Mobile access is almost the same!
How do you update your settings to connect with others?
Log into your account with your username and password OR "Email me Log in Link" option.
Once you are in, you can Edit your profile, Manage Your Account, or Click Settings.
This is a GREAT time to edit your profile and put your real name, not your code name. If you want to connect with others, they have to be able to know who you are!
Let's walk through each step pictured below:

This will allow you to add a photo, add your rating, add gender, add your phone number. If you want to connect with other players, you need to complete these steps. Don't worry, you will NOT have to share your phone number unless you want to. That step is coming soon!
Verify the email address that you use for EPPA (do not change it to a different address) and click SAVE CHANGES.
You can also click the link below your email and change your password.
Click Settings to the Right of Your EPPA Logo

Click "Show Phone" or "Show Email" or BOTH if you want people to text, call, email you.
If you do not want people reaching out to connect on the courts, do not check these boxes.
ONLY EPPA members will see this information!
I Updated Everything- How do I Use this Great Info?
Make sure you are LOGGED in and Click MEMBERS on the toolbar.
Up at the top, Click the skill level and gender that you are looking for. You CAN choose more than one.
This will sort and find members who are a particular skill level, gender, and want their info shared!

If a player chooses to share their info, it will show up here (under Members, skill Rating, Gender). You can then use that contact info to reach out and connect on the courts! Like my example below:

If you follow the steps above, you will be connecting with others in no time! If you wish to stay on the "down low", that's fine too! If you want to do this and are confused about HOW to connect, respond to this email and we will post a video or host a help session to walk you through the steps.
