What is Skinny Singles?
Skinny Singles is a fun and challenging variation of pickleball where you play singles on half of the court. The game is played within your designated half of the court, meaning you only use one side of the net (e.g., the right service box and its corresponding sideline). Service is played straight ahead or cross-court, just like in standard singles, depending on the score (e.g., if the score is 1-0, the server serves straight ahead from the right side). When a point is scored, the player who scored the point will change sides of the court. This setup demands precision, strategic shot placement, and excellent court coverage within a confined space.
