Our Memorial Shootout was a big success! Helen Pappas and Jim Whitford, our honorees, would surely be proud to see the competitive spirit on the courts. We had six divisions and up to TEN courts running between Around the Post and Westwood Racquet Club. Thank you to our generous hosts.
EPPA has the best members and such hard-working volunteers. We had members running registration, selling tickets, setting up nets/taping lines on the Westwood side, recording scores on the brackets, and helping with clean up. We definitely could NOT have done this without you. I hope we got to thank each of you in person, but if we did not- a million THANK YOUS!
Players and spectators- you filled the venue with fun and energy. We saw amazing points and strong sportsmanship. We appreciate you being such great ambassadors for our sport and EPPA.
