- Warmups for the first 2 divisions begin at 12 PM.
- Warmups for the second 2 divisions begin at 3:30 PM

Divisions
Saturday – Senior Rotating Partner Round Robin (Warmups begin at 1:30 PM, Round Robin begins at 2 PM)
Two age divisions:
Players register individually — no partner required. You’ll be paired with different partners each round in a rotating format. These events typically fill quickly due to the rotating-partner format.
Each division is structured so players compete in two games for every one rest, helping manage fatigue based on past senior events.
Sunday Divisions
First Start Time (Warmups at 12 PM, Round Robin begins at 12:30 PM)
- 4.0+ Any Gender Doubles
- 3.5–4.0 Any Gender Doubles
Second Start Time (Warmups at 4 PM, Round Robin begins around 4:30 PM depending on playoffs wrapping up)
- 3.5+ Skinny Singles
- Novice (Under 3.5) Doubles

Cost
- $25 for EPPA members, $50 non-EPPA members
- Additional events are $20 for EVERYONE.
- Everyone is required to register and pay online.
- If you have not fully paid for your registration by the registration deadline, we will move a team from the waitlist into your spot.
Playing Format
Saturday (Seniors)
- Round Robin with rotating partners. Players compete with multiple teammates throughout the event. Scheduling is designed to balance play and rest.
Sunday (All Divisions)
- Round robin stage followed by semifinal and final matches.
- Check your division page for specific format details.
General:
- For games to 11, teams switch sides when either team reaches 6 points.
- Each team is allowed one one-minute timeout per game.
- All other IFP/USAPA rules are in effect.
Ball
Franklin X-40 (yellow) will be used.
Paddles
Only USAPA-approved paddles are allowed.
Nets
Semi-permanent (Douglas cabled nets)
Food / Drink
A water fountain and bottled water will be available. Players may bring sports drinks but water only is allowed on courts. Snacks are permitted in lobby areas only.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available in the ATP lobby and on the Westwood side.
Referees & Sportsmanship
Matches are self-officiated. Players are expected to maintain good sportsmanship.
Line calls should only be made when clearly seen as out. If unsure, the ball is considered in. Players are expected to call faults on themselves or their partner.
