Location

• Baldwin Park - W 25th & Geist Rd, Erie, PA 16502
  Outdoor designated pickleball courts with hardcourt tennis surfaces.
  SIX courts will be used.
  
  In the case of inclement weather- a plan will be announced closer to shootout date.

Playing Format

• Round Robin (pre-select your partner for doubles) 
  • Round Robin stage games are first to 11; win by 1
  • Semi-finals and finals following the Round Robin rounds- format TBD based on number of registrants
  • EPPA reserves the rights to combine and/or cancel divisions based on registration numbers

Time

• Divisions start play at 10 am and 2 pm. See division details for your start time.
• Check-in begins a half hour before play starts.

Cost

• $30 for EPPA members, $50 non-EPPA members
• Additional events are $20 for EVERYONE. 
• Everyone is required to register and pay online. 
• If you have not fully paid for your registration by the registration deadline, we will move a team from the waitlist into your spot.

Ball

• Franklin X-40 ball (yellow) will be used for all divisions. We will provide brand-new balls to be used for the shootout.

Paddles

• USA Pickleball (USAP) approved paddle list is a comprehensive database of paddles that have been certified for tournament play in all USA Pickleball sanctioned events.
• Click here to access the list- we will accept these paddles for the tournament.

Bathrooms

• Porta-potties are available, no drinking fountain.

Food / Drink

• Food and Water/Gatorade will be provided for registered players.
